Chris has studied Vee Arnis Jujitsu for over 15 years and was awarded his Black Belt  in 2009. 

He is a 23-year veteran city police officer. As a cop, he has used the techniques and principles of Vee Arnis Jujitsu in countless real-world physical confrontations. He credits the skills he learned in Vee Arnis Jujitsu with keeping him safe as well as enabling him to quickly end violent events, keeping suspects safe.

In addition to his study of Vee Arnis Jujitsu,  Chris was a national level competitor on the US National Judo in the late 80’s and early 90’s and he continues his study of Judo today. He is currently a coach at the US Olympic Training Center in the Juniors Judo Program. 

In addition to his work as a police officer, he recently retired after serving 30 years in the Army and the National Guard. He is a veteran of the Iraq conflict and other deployments where his study of Vee Arnis Jujitsu, were of great benefit.

In addition to Vee Arnis Jujitsu, Chris also holds Black Belts in Judo and Tae Kwon Do.

Adam is a recovering Air Force Intelligence officer who has lived in Colorado Springs since 2000.  

Originally from the Great Lakes region of the country, he currently makes his living as a business development expert in the Government Contracting industry. 

He was awarded his Black Belt at the headquarters in NYC by Professor David James in December of 2019. 

When not on the mat, you can find Adam reading, writing, and playing tabletop games. Adam has one son, Noah, with whom he shares the Vee Arnis Jujitsu journey.
