Fitness Thai Boxing for the tech era. Traditional equipment typically associated with this type of training, heavy bags/Thai pads/focus mitts/body shields, are combined with equipment typically used in a CrossFit setting, jump ropes/kettlebells/battle ropes/medicine balls.

  • Work to rest ratios are kept in the 1:1 or 2:1 range.
  • Then we add MyZone Fitness technology to the class.
  • By monitoring your heart rate, calories burned, and effort levels, you get immediate feedback as to what type of workout you’re getting.
